All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. Once your order is complete and payment has been received, your order will be dispatched with our courier service.
Your order should arrive within 2 to 3 working days from the date of shipment. Please note that outlying areas may take a little longer.
If you live in the Durban area and would like to arrange the collection of your parcel instead of paying for shipping, this is possible! You can collect from Umhlanga or Umdloti on weekdays. Please email us at info@rhythmandflow.co.za to arrange a pick-up time.
‘Major’ areas are within a 50km radius from the following city center’s: Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth and Pretoria. If an area falls outside of this radius, but within a 100km radius from the city center, it will be considered a ‘Regional’ area.
If a location falls outside of a 100km radius from the city center of a Major Area (i.e. an outlying area), an additional R150 fee will apply (i.e. R260 shipping fee in total).
If you would like to purchase internationally, you are most welcome to email us at info@rhythmandflow.co.za with your order description and we can arrange delivery via DHL.
Please note that Rhythm and Flow will not be held responsible for any losses due to incorrect delivery address supplied or absence of receipt. Once the parcel has left our premises we are no longer reponsible for loss or damage.
