We pride ourselves in providing high quality garments that last. If they don’t, we’d like to hear about it! Please keep your proof of purchase in case of an exchange.
RETURNS
Returns happen. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it provided that:
- The item is unworn and/or unused.
- It is within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- It is still in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is provided.
- You are liable for any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of your item.
No cash refunds
Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. All items exchanged will be inspected before an exchange is processed. You will be notified on the status of your exchange soon after the inspection.
EXCHANGES
No exchanges will be done on any sale items and/or intimate garments such as underwear, leotards or swimwear.
Items that are returned stained, tampered with and/or damaged due to wear and tear will not be exchanged.
Items that have been damaged due to negligence and/or non-adherence to care instructions will not be exchanged.
To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email info@rhythmandflow.co.za with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (I.e. item name, colour and size). Should the style you require be ‘out of stock’, an online credit note will be issued.
Rhythm & Flow reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. Should your garment be deemed faulty a replacement item will be shipped where possible, subject to stock availability, or an online credit note issued. Rhythm & Flow is not obligated to repair or exchange any item without proof of purchase.
Please note:
- Rhythm & Flow will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipping.
- For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
- The original or a copy of proof of purchase/receipt must accompany your returned items.
- In the event that your garment is lost in transit, Rhythm & Flow will not be held liable. It is recommended that all returns are sent via Registered Post or courier.
